1 Acceptance of Terms

pogo88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend access to the platform until satisfactory verification is provided. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, Philippine Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or other government-issued identification bearing a photograph and date of birth.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access pogo88's real-money gaming services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested in the registration form. pogo88 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy; the registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit is ₱100.00 unless otherwise stated on the cashier page. Deposits are credited to player accounts in Philippine Peso (PHP).

pogo88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited to your pogo88 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits identified as originating from third parties will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General principles governing all pogo88 bonuses include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible registered players who have met all verification requirements;

9 Account Suspension & Closure

pogo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where pogo88 reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (c) regulatory compliance requires such action; or (d) the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pogo88 will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate its findings within a reasonable timeframe. Account balances subject to a fraud investigation may be withheld until the investigation concludes.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your pogo88 account at any time by contacting pogo88 customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your last-used payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. If account closure is requested as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, the account may not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pogo88 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 11 Limitation of Liability

pogo88 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or events beyond pogo88's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, pogo88 encourages players to first contact pogo88 customer support to seek an informal resolution. pogo88 aims to resolve all player complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms
